Terms of Service

By accessing or using RbxBit ("the Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms at any time, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use RbxBit.
• If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has reviewed and accepted these Terms on your behalf.
• You may only register one account. Multiple accounts per person, household, device, or IP address are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of points and termination.
• The Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" and "Robux" are trademarks of Roblox Corporation.

RbxBit is a rewards platform. Users complete tasks (offers, surveys, video views) provided by third-party advertising networks ("Offer Providers") and earn virtual points. Points have no cash value and exist solely within the Service. Points may be redeemed for Robux through the Withdraw section, subject to availability and the rules in Section 5.

• Accounts are identified by the Roblox nickname you provide at sign-up. You are responsible for ensuring the nickname you enter is your own.
• Withdrawals are sent only to the Roblox account matching the registered nickname via gamepass purchase. We do not support changing the linked nickname after registration.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We never ask for your Roblox password, cookie, or 2FA codes. Do not share these with anyone.

• Minimum withdrawal: 20 points (1 point = 1 Robux).
• Withdrawals are processed manually by purchasing a gamepass you have created on your own Roblox game. Your game must be public, your maturity questionnaire completed, and the gamepass priced exactly at the requested amount.
• Standard processing time is up to 24 hours but may extend during high demand or stock shortages.
• We reserve the right to delay, deny, or reverse withdrawals where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms, or where Offer Providers have reversed ("chargebacked") the underlying conversion.
• Points refunded from rejected withdrawals are returned to your balance.

Points credited from completed offers remain provisional. Offer Providers may, at any time and without notice, reverse a credit due to fraud, non-completion, or other reasons. When this happens, we will deduct the corresponding points from your balance, even if this results in a negative balance.

You agree not to:

• Use VPNs, proxies, emulators, bots, scripts, or automation to interact with offers.
• Submit false data on surveys or offers.
• Create multiple accounts or share an account with others.
• Attempt to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or exploit the points system, promo codes, referral system, or any API.
• Use the Service to launder, transfer, or resell points or Robux to third parties.
• Harass other users, our staff, or Offer Providers.
• Violate any applicable law, the terms of Offer Providers, or the Roblox Terms of Use.

Violation may result in immediate suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all points and pending withdrawals, and being reported to the relevant Offer Provider.

• Promo codes are limited to one redemption per user unless stated otherwise.
• The referral program awards the referrer 10% of points earned by their referees from completed offers.
• Self-referrals, fake referrals, and referral fraud are prohibited and will void all related earnings.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific point amounts for any offer, the availability of Robux stock, or the success of any particular withdrawal.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, any unredeemed points and pending withdrawals may be forfeited at our discretion.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RbxBit disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of points, Robux, data, or profits arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the equivalent of points you redeemed in the 30 days preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RbxBit, its operators, and partners from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any third-party right (including Roblox Corporation's rights).

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service — including point values, withdrawal minimums, promo codes, and the referral program — at any time without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
